Pours a semi-hazy caramel amber brew with a creamy off-white head that has some good retention and some spotty lacing. Aroma of sweet caramel malt, a touch of pear and apple fruit, toffee and some roasted nuts. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with flavors of sweet caramel, flowery hops, some lemon zest and a touch of wet paper. Finish is semi-sweet, a light metallic, with a some thin caramel aftertaste is quickly disappears. unclemattie (2444), Georgia, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 10, 2008 Appearance: Pours a clear amber body with a tiny, pitiable white head.
Smell: Faint, malty aroma with a bit of green apple.
Taste: A meager amount of caramel maltiness. Hint of apples. Weak floral hops. There’s a tartness on the tailend of the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Mild carbonation.
Drinkability: Meek and mild, it lacks any of the richness, depth, or even downright deliciousness that this style can possess. SSSteve (2107), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Dec 17, 2007 This beer poured an amber color. The aroma was off with vinegar present and some malty aspects. The flavor is rather sour with a hint of caramel and citrus. Not a drain pour but strange nonetheless. | 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 15, 2007 Transparent orange bronze with a thin ring of off-white head. Aroma of slightly toasted malt with a heavy dose of vinegar and citrus hops. Body starts lightly sweet with some fruity tartness and grainy malts toward a drier finish. The tartness doesn’t come through as much as the aroma implied, but it’s still not the way it’s intended I’m assuming.
