A pale yellow color and looks like swill. A moderate white head on this one. A faint corny and grassy aroma. The flavor is dull with some grassy notes and corn. The malt bill is what seperates this from standard BMC. Pretty crappy.

Pours a very pale champagne golden with a spotty-lacing wispy white head. Lightly sweet, pale malty nose has a hint of noble hops. Body starts semi-sweet with a mild citrusy hoppy character toward an effervescent very mild finish. Doesn’t seem all that true to style and seems more like a pale lager. Needs more body and bigger Saaz hoppy character.

Draught. Poured pale gold with wonder malty and floral aroma. Lekker malty flavour with a hoppy tang. Lovely hoppy finish. This is a great pilsener.

Yellow, with a big foamy white head. Mild aroma, notes of fruity sweetness and a slight whiff of corn. Very clean, with some sweet, bready notes balanced with some piney hops. Very enjoyable.

8/31/07 On draught at the brewery. Aroma is sweet pils malt forward followed by some slightly bready notes. Appearance is a slightly hazy yellow with a low white head. Flavor is light, but very smooth, and the pils malt is perfectly balanced with an earthy saaz hop character. Mouthfeel is light bodied with a medium carb feel and a dry finish. Overall, well balanced and quite refreshing.

A lot of character packed into this beer, just a well crafted brew. Pours bright gold with a soft white head. Grassy big hop nose with a bready and crisp flavor and light strawn flavor in the finish. This pils isn’t sulfery like many, instead getting spicy and lemony finish. One of the best NW pilsners i’ve had.

GCBF sample. "Brilliant clarity with a huge pillowing head.. Clean pale yellow. Light peppery hops aroma. Light clean peppery taste.
