Bright golden colour with thin white head. Sweet, fresh malt character. Only a hint of fruity hoppiness. Low bitterness. Fairly quick finish. An odd interpretation. I’m more of a Pickla Pils kind of guy.

22oz bottle acquired in trade with Larry_Pitonka (thanks!). Poured a lighter and hazy yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas of grass, spicey, lemons, and I was getting some honey comb. Tastes of grass, spicey, and some graininess. The aroma was on the ’sweet’ side which did not come through in the tastes.

Pours a very pale champagne golden with a spotty-lacing wispy white head. Lightly sweet, pale malty nose has a hint of noble hops. Body starts semi-sweet with a mild citrusy hoppy character toward an effervescent very mild finish. Doesn’t seem all that true to style and seems more like a pale lager. Needs more body and bigger Saaz hoppy character.

Tap at GCBF. Incredibly pale straw colour. Looks like a cider. Light spicy aroma along with a very fresh malt character. Grass/hay aroma as well. Flavour is fairly thin, low bitterness but has a light spicy finish. No flaws, just not enough flavour to really recommend it.

Light golden color with an smallish off-white head. Aromas of pale malt and hints of noble hops. Smells like a lager. Flavors of pale malt, dough and just enough hops to keep it lively. Full, yet crisp feel. Finishes clean and unassuming. A very palatable premium lager. Not quite the hops I want in a pils, but quite drinkable.

Bottle: Hazy yellow, white head, nice lacing. Retentive! Nose is nicely malty with light hops. The flavor is thin, lightly sweet with nice hop bitterness. Could use a touch more bittering though, I like my pilsners crispy. A light tinny character that shows up like the absence of biscuity character. Better than the average American lager.

Bomber from Liquid Solutions. Bready aroma backed by noble hop. Tarnished golden color with a white head that collapsed quickly. Medium body with light creamy carbonation. The flavor is a bit biscuit/butterscotch with nice noble/grassy hop. It has substance. It is not a wimpy, watery pils. The finish is a butterscotch note with an appropriate amount of hop. This is a unique product.
