Sep 17, 2009 Just had this on tap at Bailey’s Taproom in Portland, OR. Colour... very light gold with a small head. Nose... BACON! Hickory smoked, that is! Palate... light C02, roasted meat (bovine or porcine), grain and mild hops.

Sep 12, 2009 Bottle thanks to Blutt59. Pours a hazy light gold with a white fizzy head. Aroma is a little smokey with a little fruit. Flavor is very smokey with some lemon, possibly infected. Mouth feel is a light, soft body with fizzy carbonation. Overall, possibly infected but still tasty!

Sep 5, 2009 Bottle thanks to blutt59. Gusher. Pours with a slightly hazed golden body with a fading white head. Aroma of smoke, corn and barbecue. Taste is sweet, then acidic, with smoke, hot dogs, and a complete mess. Seems to be infected as far as I can tell. Fizzy and dry.

Aug 5, 2009 Pours gold with a white head. Smells of over the top smoked malt, some caramel. Tastes of caramel with some smoke and a watery finish. The nose on this is excellent. Too bad the mouthfeel and flavor doesn’t live up to the nose.
