Commercial Description:
The Uber-Weisse is a traditional WeizenStarkbier. Similar to other wheat doppelbocks, this is high in alocohol and complex in flavor. Slights notes of roast, chocolate, banana and sweetness. 8.5% in strength. Very balanced with a big full body or wheat and malt. Very smooth and easy to drink.

Appearance: dark brown, wispy tan head,
Aroma: rich chocolate aroma with dark caramel kept dry lots of earthyness,
Flavor: rich malt flavor, dark caramel is as dry in the flavor as the aroma due the the big earthy character, light tartness, hint of banana adds the only hope for sweetness, light bitter and earthy finish,

Muddy dark brown colour with slightly tan head. Aroma is a bit phenolic (bubblegum). The flavour is very sweet, with a milk chocolate flavour and floral overtones. Soft, fairly full body. Reminds of malted milk. A unique example.

22oz bottle acquired in trade with Larry Pitonka (thanks!). Poured a deep brown color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of wheat (like a wet wheatiness), roast, earthy, trace of bananas, and clove. Tastes of wheat, lighter roast, chocolate, light bananas, and cloves. Light tart finish. I like the way the bananas and cloves were not in your face.

Lasting off-white head covers the hazy copper to brown solution. Immediately pleasant biscuity nose includes plenty of fruity undertones, ranging from fig to melon and prune. The wheatiness is certainly well included bringing most welcomed cracker hints, though perhaps sweetening it all a bit too much. Slightly tart, but refreshing. Quite well executed I may say, but I dig the style naturally, so Im a bit easy Id think…

Bottle thanks to 5000: Pours a hazy dark copper mahogany with a thin-lacing spotty off-white head. Aroma of sweet biscuity dark caramel malts and peppery clove character with good German yeastiness. Body starts fairly full and caramely sweet with a buttery lightly tart character before the toasty finish. Somewhat true to style, but needs some refinement.

Tap at GCBF. Dark ruby-brown beer, thin white head. Light peach, plum, banana, toast, and wheaty spice. Bready amd doughy tasting. Flavour also shows nice banana esters, light toast, chewy malts and sweet caramel. Full-bodied and well executed.

Brown ebony color, off white head and nice lacing. Nose is sweet with hop and alcohol, nice caramel malts. The flavor is nice and balanced, more toward the belgian side. Balanced, very little wheat. Nice.
