Weird. really weird. Couldn’t detect any honey taste. Couldn’t even say that I found it to be anything resmbling a wheat beer. But something about this drop agreed with me. Very smooth and highly inoffensive. Probably bland and certainly false advertising, but I’m willing to let prejudice slide in this case. I actually quite liked it.

Very faint honey taste. The hops are much stronger in this than any other flavors. Slight honey aroma as well.

Bottle. Poured with a nice head, with a wheat and honey aroma. Sweet flavour with light hop aftertaste.Quite okay for a honey wheat beer.

Bottle. Orange wheat aroma, some honey sweetness. Quite a spritzy mouthfeel, a little peppery. Not much flavour to it, not even honey.

...bottle. Nice combination of wheat and honey, but lacking in flavor and substance due to it being filtered. Light bodied, decent carbonation, but too watery. Nice cleansing finish, with a slight hint of citrus, not bad, but not amazing.

Bottle (330ml). Poured a hazy golden yellow with a good sized dense foamy white head which was average lasting. Aroma was of damp bready malt with sweet honey, lemon rind and a hint of wheat. Flavor was a light hop bitterness with sweet honey, lemon rind, straw a slight metallic finish and some candy sugar or toffee somewhere in the mix. Light bodied with lively carbonation, watery texture, relatively dry mouthfeel and a ok finish. Better than expected.

white foam, pale, clear, light sweetness, lively, light body, with a hint of the honey. This is not my favourite style of beer but it’s thirst quenching and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy straw yellow with thin white head. Very little aroma, mainly honey with perhaps some malt and citrus. The palate was very pleasant, quite fizzy with reasonable body. The flavour starts of with a refreshing tartness, a bit more citrusy and less complex than a regular wheat beer, although there are some other herb / grass notes. The honey then becomes fairly distinct and leads into a fairly bitter finish with honey notes remaining. Overall it’s a pleasant drink. It’s reasonably well balanced, although for my taste and this style of beer I felt that the honey was rather too subtle and the hoppy bitterness in the finish was a little too pronounced.
