| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 18, 2006 Nice looking beer, pouring a pale copper body with a thick, creamy head. Much lacing. The aroma’s sweet caramel covered with tart tangerine and zest of orange. The flavor’s a good balance between the malty sweetness and hop bitterness. Good sessionable ale.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 11, 2006 Bottle. Small ivory head that mostly diminished, virtually no lacing, visible carbonation, transparent, and an orange hue. Nose was caramel, malty, sweet, and citrus hops. Flavor was sweet, bitter, malty, caramel, and citrus hops. Smooth mouthfeel. Medium body. A decent, quaffable APA and worthy of a try. NachlamSie (1643), Tennessee, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 15, 2006 Draught @ Brewer’s Jam. Pours copper with a fair white head. There is a non-surprising aroma of grapefruit, caramel, and then a small hint of skunk. The flavor is very clean with a good piney hop presence and hint of green tea and caramel. This is not as aggressive as the commercial description would have us believe, but it does have adequate and well balanced flavor. dkoonce (885), People’s Republic of Athens, Ohio, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Sep 10, 2006 bomber thanks to Ohiodad. Pours a light amber with mod carbonation and a nice lasting white head. Aroma is nice thick sweet caramel malts then a light floral and citrus hop backbone. Flavor is a bit hoppy with nice ctrus tones, but the thing that really hits you is a sharp dark crystal malt character. Very well balanced pale ale. Good sweet mouthfeel and nice finish. Very tasty pale ale. Darkover (1314), Columbus, Ohio, USA
