Sep 16, 2007 (22oz bottle, thanks aofoxxy) Crystal clear apple juice body topped be medium off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, apple, some spice, honey. Taste is moderately sweet, bread/caramel, some honey, spice, light orange blossom, apple. Creamy light-medium body.

Mar 12, 2008 22oz bottle acquired in a couple of trades. Poured a medium golden color with a large sized head. Aromas of grains, yeasty, and some fruitiness. Tastes of grains, fruity, and bready.

Sep 30, 2008 22oz bottle-pours a thin white head and gold color. Aroma is grain/light malt/bread-caramel, secondary grassy hops. Taste is grain/light malt/bread-caramel, secondary grassy/spice hops, some (off?) fruit/yeast notes. Thanks decaturstevo for picking this out.

May 5, 2007 Bottle sampled on 2/26/07: Pours a transparent golden bronze with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of slightly toasty sweet pale malt has some nice German hoppy notes. Body starts fairly full with some earthy pale malty sweetness and a touch of light fruity notes toward a drier toasty finish. A decent Dortmunder.

Feb 21, 2007 Bottle courtesy of nolankowal. Pours gold with a creamy white head. Smells of nuts, citrus, spices and some peppery notes. Tastes of nuts and oranges with malt balancing everything out nicely. Mouthfeel is full bodied and peppery with a nice spicy finish.

Feb 13, 2007 Good looking pour, having a bright golden body with a sustained, creamy white head. The aroma is honeyed bread with a mild lemon grass bitterness. Nov 26, 2006 Dark golden to light amber color. Full head of off-white bubbles. Floral hops along with some grainy malt aromas. A touch too much like damp grain/corn for my liking, but not offensive. Full lightly toasted malt flavors. Lightly toasted bread with a touch of herbal butter. Clean. I could drink a lot of this on a warm spring day.
