Oct 9, 2007 22 oz bottle. Poured a slightly hazy yellow orange color. Head was bubbly and white with good retention and lacing. Aroma was of honey, subdued banana/clove, and caramel. Light and refreshing with light lemony citrus flavor and acidity. There was also some banana, caramel, and cereal grain. Pretty good stuff.

Oct 6, 2007 Bottle bought in Columbus. Thick head, hazy. Heavy banana aroma and heavy banana palate. Very much a nice one in the German style.

Oct 4, 2007 Thanks for letting me sample this beer JB. Hazy golden in color. Flavor is citrus, banana wheat and something sweet. This is what a summer beer should be like, nice and light bodied.

Sep 29, 2007 Thanks to Aofoxxy for leaving this with the local crew after RBSG! Yellow color with no head. Aroma is a little like soured oranges. A bit of sour lemon taste with plenty of wheat. Some sweet honey as well. Pretty darn tasty!

Sep 25, 2007 Pours a mid-hazed wheaty/amber body with a short, quick-fading white head. Moderate carbonation keeps the head alive as a thick film. Thick banana aroma leading to a thick, full mouth carrying thick banana flavors. Mildly tart but fruity without a doubt. And thick.

Sep 23, 2007 Poured a hazy gold-yellow, not much head. Aroma was great, simple but great; banana, yeast and spice. Flavor was also really good; banana, yeast, spice and vanilla. Some general sweetness throughout; light bitter finish. Very good for the style.

Sep 21, 2007 bomber - Pours hazy yellow with a one finger white head and a nice citrus aroma. It’s light and sweet and definitely tastes of citrus along with some bananas. Light bodied and refreshing without being too watery, this is a very solid hefeweizen.
