May 25, 2009 My Bottom Line:
Subtle herbal hop leafiness and orange-like fruitiness swim within a lightly dusty mouthfeel for a svelte libation which does not taste like any lager I’ve ever had.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sheet of foam tops the hazy amber.
-This does not taste like they respected a lager’s temperature scheme.
-The flavor profile is quite yeasty throughout.
-This is hoppier than expected; maybe because the grain bill does not have much to offer.

Apr 12, 2005 Tap at the brewpub. Orange in color with a nice head. Nice clean malty aroma. Nice malty flavor. Flavor is nutty. Clean tasting. Very drinkable. Nice.

Apr 10, 2005 Tap at the brewpub. Orange, clear, thin tannish head.Nutty malty clean aroma. Big malty nutty flavor. Decent bock and very drinkable.
