Tangy, woody, moderately astringent, not as sweet as it smells, seedy/slightly herbal, a little metallic, moderately hoppy. Finish has a tongue-curling astringency over a wild sloe fruitiness, medium bodied.

Jul 7, 2008 aroma is wet malt and a bit of sweet fruit. the beer is balanced with light hopping and a bit a nut and yeast sweetness. a little strange and not enough carbonation.

Jun 22, 2008 Bottle: Clear copper with a thin off white head. Aroma is very seedy and nutty. Lots of Pale Malt? Flavor is similar. Nutty and seedy with a touch of dough. Light grassy bitter finish. Boring.
