Commercial Description: Honey, gathered along the South Coast of WA, was used to produce this excellent tasting mead. Bartholomews Medium shows honey and apple aromas on the nose and has a lovely round palate with crisp clean finish. A very versatile drink, the medium can be enjoyed on it’s own, with Asian curry, pasta or seafood or with your favourite dessert. Drink now or cellar for several years.
