Bottle in a mixed case that was kindly picked up for me by Vale Brewery Nov 08. Pours orangey amber with the tiniest of white bubbly head. In fact this beer is actually rather flat and devoid of much sparkle and life a shame really as it tastes ok and with good bottle conditioning could have been an altogether much better beer. There is a nice bitterness which doesnt hit at first rather its overtaken by the sweet maltiness. Good earthy qualities and nice earthy hops come to the fore, ends with some bitterness. A reasonably decent beer that could have been so much better with good bottle conditioning. A6 A3 F6 P3 OV13 3.1

Bottle.Amber brown with a small head,aroma of tangerine and peach,taste is fruity with soft toffee,alcohol and golden syrup,light hops and a dry bitter finish,feels rough,alcohol taste get’s in the way.
