Sep 28, 2007 Cask-conditioned at the Bell, Bath 28/9/07. A standard strong bitter. Bronze coloured with a slight off-white head. Sweet malt aroma followed by a flavour of caramel with a dry finish. Ok.

Aug 20, 2006 Cask gravity at the Barnstaple Beer Festival, 19/08/2006. A dark golden colour with a lasting medium-sized head. A somewhat sweet aroma with malt and hops evident. A light malty, bitter finish. Perfectly drinkable, but nothing special.
