Dec 18, 2009 Draft at Toms River. Poured a dark gold light orange/yellow with a small to average foamy white head. Aroma was grainy with a good dose of fruitiness, leaning towards raspberries, so I’m not sure if the recipe changed on this one or if its just in a line that hasn’t been cleaned. Medium bodied with stronger carbonation. Flavor once again had some distinct raspberry over top lotsof grains. Not bad for a Basils beer.

Mar 11, 2009 On tap at Basil’s. Pours out a slightly hazy golden/straw color with a small to moderate off white head. Aroma of some citrus hops, sweet malts and some bread. Taste is well balanced, citrus hops, sweet malt, grainy bread notes with a dry finish. Wasn’t sure what the official name was for this one, but glad someone did.

Mar 9, 2009 on tap-pours a dissipating white head and gold color. Aroma is sweet light grapefruit. Taste is dry light grapefruit/some lemon hops, some grainy. OK effervescence. Light/medium body.
