Nov 28, 2009 33cl bottle poured into a Westmalle Trappist glass. Dark golden with two fingers creamy offwhite head. Aroma is strong candy sugar with spice, alcohol, and a dash of hops. Taste is sweet and a bit spicy at first then quickly becomes metallic. Medium carbonation. Thin bodied, a bit watery. Finish is metallic, slightly sour and slightly bitter. Not a good example of a tripel.

Oct 1, 2009 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt combined with fruit. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit and some spices. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.

Pours a murky golden colour with a small size head and normal carbonation.
Smell is very bitter and fruity, nicely balanced though, also has something mysterious about it.
Taste gives away the sweet and bitter fruits, as well as some good bitterness that stays when it goes down, nice beer.
