Pours a dark mahogany color with a medium brown head. The aroma is very light; yeast, toasted malts, some fruit. The taste surprised me; sour vinous Belgian notes, some yeast, lots of sweet fruits, some banana and a odd very raw tasting malt. Some toasty and nutty flavors too. I’m not sure really, while I really enjoy this beer’s uniqueness it is very raw and has a very unclean feeling in the taste. I wonder about the ABV. However, overall it is really quite nice. A fizzy medium mouthfeel. drinkallday (20), Royal Oak, Michigan, USA
