MBGF Summer09 under the name Bock Biere. Poured a clear brown color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted malt and tart fruit aroma. Medium body with a smooth thick texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Complex for style.

Enjoyed On tap at the brewpub. The second seasonal, that is also very good and shows the maturation of the brewcrafting at this brewpub. A bit of colour,followed by decent lacing, an above average mouthfeel,malty aroma. Carbonation is right there, it is malty without sweetness, after all there is some sourness there. Nice.
