Commercial Description:
Bottled - Pasteurised.

A dark ruby beer with a rich flavour and spicy finish. The hop grist adds a hint of citrus to complement the roasted malt character. Dark, Delicious and Delectable.

Very dark brown to black with a moderate tan head which falls to a thin layer. Has a rich chocolate malt aroma. Full body, with a dry inish.

Bottled@Chris O Post GBBF Tasting. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is caramel, some hops and mild earthyness. Flavour ismalts, rubber, cardboard and some mild notes of chocolate.

From bottle. Deep ruby red colour. thin to no head. Berries in the aroma. Liquorice flavour with a sweet syrupy texture. Little hint of roasted hops. Decent beer.

Small off white rapidly disappearing head Peculiar smell metal? Dark red in colour. Liquorice / malt taste with a coffee aftertaste.
