Apr 2, 2008 Draft at The Ship in Whitstable High Street. Copper brown in colour with a malty nose. Lots of toasty malt flavour and a pleasant bitter finish. Didn’t get much chocolate at all, so apparantly missed most of the point of this beer.....

Apr 2, 2008 Cask @ Charlies, Copenhagen. Clear orange, amber colour with a thin off white head. Caramel sweet aroma with fruity and floral notes. Malty, caramel sweet flavor with a light hoppy bitterness and a dry finish.

Mar 31, 2008 Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. An amber beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and flowers, and some odd spicy, soapy note. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel and toffee as well as a lighter estery fruity note, leading to a dry nutty finish.
