0,5 l bottle.
Nice appearance with a pale yellow body and a foamy white head that diminishes to a small lacing one. Bready malt and sourish yeast in the nose with a nice, clear and herbal hop perfume. Medium to full bodied one with a nice malt and balanced hop character. Nice pilsner, better than the other boring pilsners.

Bottled:
Nice hoppy aroma, grassy and fresh. Pale golden color with huge frothy head. Hoppy, light sourly flavor, with medium bitter, dry finish. Light to medium bodied. Good pilsner.

Bottle. Big steady foamy head. Slight hay aroma. Somewhat hoppy hay-like flavor, with apple clearly noticeable. Thin. Soapy bitter aftertaste with a hint of plastic. Not very good. Perhaps I had a bad bottle, because the second sample was better: haysroma. Firm hopbitter, even a bit citric flavor with hay. Long bitter aftertaste with hay and a touch of citrus. On the thin side, but tasty.

I’d say: like all standard german pilseners. Malty, hopbitter, flowery. What else is there to say except for the screw cork which I hate.
