Nice appearance with a pale yellow body and a foamy white head that diminishes to a small lacing one. Bready malt and sourish yeast in the nose with a nice, clear and herbal hop perfume. Medium to full bodied one with a nice malt and balanced hop character. Nice pilsner, better than the other boring pilsners.

Somewhat hoppy hay-like flavor, with apple clearly noticeable. Thin. Soapy bitter aftertaste with a hint of plastic. Not very good.
Perhaps I had a bad bottle, because the second sample was better: haysroma. Firm hopbitter, even a bit citric flavor with hay. Long bitter aftertaste with hay and a touch of citrus. On the thin side, but tasty. Bov (5455), Bienne, Switzerland
