Pours ruby red with a thick head that leaves some lacing behind. Aroma of roasted malt and freshly baked bread. Delicate flavor that is slightly sweet, a bit bitter and of licorice. Medium carbonation, decent bittersweet finish.

31/10 A 0.5 l can courtesy of ogivlado, thanks for sharing! It poured reddish body with small pale brownish head. Fine fruity aroma, some lemon hops might be present. Flavor is simple but good, sweetish caramel and fruity, mostly mature cherries and plums. No hops here though. Medium bodied, somewhat watery and shorter caramel finish, but nice anyway. Alcohol wasn’t felt, but it’s nothing strange for the ABV. Surprisingly good for a macro name like Bavaria, but regarding who makes it it’s not a big deal.

Canned 500ml. -found somewhere in Amsterdam. Ruby red coloured, medium sized pale beige head, pleasant fruity nose. Sweet malty, again pleasant fruity and caramel with sweet jam like fruity finish. Mild alcoholic presence. Surprisingly good strong Bavaria.

bottle @ home. Pours a light, ruby red beer. Aroma is bitter. Good taste. Not a bad Dunkler Bock. Sweet taste with bitter notes. Not bad at all.

Can that ogivlado brought from Holland and shared with me and heavy (thanks!)<>br Poured a ruby-brown body with a medium sized beige head, nice. Fruity nose, rosehip jam, maybe mixed fruit jam, ending dry and grainy. The taste is fruity again, rosehip tea now. Fine and malty but no hops. Ok, drinkable and even tasty even if it’s not a world beater.
