| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 18, 2008 Bottled (thanks jbrus!). Deep rubyish amber colour, beige foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is raisins, some ryebready notes as well as mild fruits and hops. Flavour is toasted ryebread with the burning notes growing for the finish. Some underlying fruity (green apples) and grassy hops as well as some mild toffeeishness and chocolate. Rather big surprise with the burnt ryebready notes, which fit this like a fist in the eye.
