MrRoss (614), Delta, British Columbia, Canada Aug 18, 2009 A "premium" swill, but not such good value for the $, as least in Canada. I rather enjoyed drinking this one, probably the best beer I’ve had from the "Latino" part of the world. Tasted quite nice. SudsMcDuff (1691), was CapeTown,SA-now Houston, Texas, USA Jun 26, 2009 thanks pops! .. . pours a medium yellow, with a low headring .. . lacing is just beautiful! .. . some grain and metal pail with wet corn aromas .. . bam bam bam bam!! .. . a pretty simple lager, better than most cheap pale lagers i’ve had, but still far from the goal .. . you wanna take it from here emeril! Cirrhosis (610), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Jun 2, 2009 This will be the last beer I review from swill fest 2006 so I guess this would be the third worst beer from the menu. The beer is a pale straw color, with a small head that vanishes faster then a baked ham in front of Oprah. Beer had a slight skunk smell and maybe some grainy malt. I found the taste to be rather stale, and reminded me of apple juice that you left out on the counter for a couple of days. The beer has a heavily carbonated feel very fizzy on the tung. This is better then most south American beers but like most others crushing a whole lime into the top of the bottle will do wonders to cover up the actual taste of this beer and make it more enjoyable." Vertical Bacon Strips (874), Edmonton, Alberta, Canada May 29, 2009 First of all, there are better beers out there in this style, but this one is not that bad at all - it’s just what you would expect. The skunky smell isn’t that unappealing because it’s the expected aroma, but the lack of smell is dissapointing. Ok white head that survived for a bit in the clear diluted straw coloured beer. No suprise with the flavour: grainy, a bit yeasty and quite light. Mouthfeel was a little to harsh. Mild bitter after taste and some slight sour finish. A highly advertised brew by Molson - I’d think the advertisement has failed miserably with the general public once they figured out it was overpriced and boring. danielyabu (269), União da Vitória, Brazil Jan 15, 2009 Sua espuma tem aparência inicial média e aerada, cor branca e reduzida longevidade.
