Aug 22, 2005 Little musty aroma. Straw flavors. Clean & crisp finish. Zero aftertaste. Light palate. Little sweeteness. Far better than that shit from Heineken. This is what I call a good lakehouse beer.

Aug 5, 2005 Reminded me of Heiniken, but a much better substitute. Still was a bit bitter, but did have a smoother finish, which I found more enjoyable. If you like Heiniken, I’d recommend trying this beer

Aug 3, 2005 Not bad, kind of like a weak Heineken or Becks, but not as good as either of those. It’s not bad, but just doesn’t have enough flavor or substance to be more than ok.

Jul 22, 2005 Bottle. Pours a golden color with a fluffy white head that dissipates to a think white film. Lots of small bubbles shoot towards the head of the beer. Nose is light malts with some straw and hay characteristics. Flavor is fuller then imagined and contains some light malt, syrupy qualities, straw and corn like matter.

Jul 21, 2005 Clear yellow beer with a pretty poor head. Aroma is alright but not overwhelming. Tastes slightly spicy, nothing to knock your socks off. Palate is nearly non existant. Decent beer and a cheap alternative to heiniken. Nothing special here.

Jul 17, 2005 On a sunday morning installing some software of my neighbours Cees and Gonnie de Baat I had a Bavaria. It is not the best but it goes.
