| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 3, 2006 Pours a clear pale yellow color with a medium bone white head without much retention. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma is grainy malt with a bit of hops. Light-bodied and clean mouthfeel with mild malt and hops flavors. The finish is sweet malt and fruit with a touch of hops on the back end. Overall this beer is a straightforward Pils/Lager that is instantly forgotten. DougShoemaker (2856), Toronto, Canada

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/20 | Jun 13, 2002 Has that Heineken aroma of slight skunkiness along with a very similar taste. The alcohol might peek through just a tad. Doesn’t have much of that characteristic pilsener bite. Aubrey (2778), Denver, Colorado, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jun 14, 2002 Tried this one next to a Hollandia. I found this one to have less of a flowery aroma, and more of a ’cracker-like’ malt flavor. A little more bitterness too... less aroma. Has a relatively dry finish. Crisply carbonated. Like the Hollandia, it was cheap (about $4.50 a 6-pack). As I said with the Hollandia, if you’re in search of a ’light-tasting’ beer, it’s well worth the money. Otherwise, it didn’t have enough personality to keep my attention. An inexpensive, imported lawnmower beer at best. DuffMan (2769), the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, Canada
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jun 19, 2005 Yellow gold out of the bottle, decent head. Terrific aroma of hops and grass, but very disappointing on the palate. Bland and watery compared to the nose. This is the same rating and description I gave Hollandia. There are many other better Dutch beers. DruncanVeasey (2753), The Penguin’s Arms, Europe, Warwickshire, England
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 23, 2006 Pleasantly skunky pale gold Pils not a million miles from Grolsch. Sweet malt, grassy hops and a touch of grainy biitterness in the finish. Not as blandly generic as expected.
