Mar 3, 2008 Bottle poured into lager glass- poured golden yellow, transparent, light-medium carbonation, small white head formed and wanted to stay around. Thin aroma of sweetness, malt, and wheat. Hits the mouth with a thin body, below average amount of malt and hops as a pale lager, finish is very watery. Heavy let down.

Feb 13, 2008 Also sold in the UK as Tesco Premium Lager. Says it all? There are worse but only a select few of truly horrible beers. This is a low to avergage lager but not evil in any way. And me a skint drunkard I’ve piled away a few of these in my time. Nothing to be proud of but I was young and even more ignorant.

Feb 17, 2006 Along the lines of Heineken. Also has that typical, green bottle, slightly skunky flavor - but overall, not too bad. I’d go with Heineken 1st, but this would do.

May 27, 2008 12oz bottle. Clear, pale yellow with medium-sized, white head. The aroma is light with some floral hop notes and some graininess with a touch of corn (DMS?). The flavor is lightly grainy and lightly sweet with a subtle bready character and some noble hop flavors. The finish is balanced with some muted bitterness and is dry and crisp. The mouthfeel is well-carbonated but not spritzy, and the body is light to medium in fullness. Overall, a lightly-flavored, pale, Eurpoean lager - like countless others...

Apr 14, 2006 Looks and smells the part of sour corn beer. Pleasant surprise, however, seeing as the beer is actually rather sweet and refreshing.

May 29, 2004 A watery sweet beer with a mild touch of Heineken. Competitively priced, but still not great value. A sugary bland drink for the kids.
