Really not anything to write home about. But, it was nice because it came in big cans. JesseM (676), Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 11, 2008 500ml can. Looks like a pilsener, smells like a pilsener, and hey, it tastes like a pilsener! Quite smooth and refreshing, a solid all around lager. I don’t really understand the low percentile. Rate it by style, jerks. bridge (659), Sydney, Australia
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Aug 10, 2007 Crystal clear orange gold with a small frothy head and a small number of medium sized bubbles coursing upwards. Fairly sweet malty aroma typical of the euro lagers. Not offensive at all, but rather bland. A bit of lemon comes through on tasting, along with a sweet flavour with a tinge of bitterness. The sweet doughy malt lingers in the mouth for a while after swallowing, neither good nor bad but just there. Some rubber seems to be in the taste too. Thin and light and quite quaffable, but not particularly sessionable. Wiseblood (658), Clarksville, Tennessee, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 28, 2004 Clean and refreshing with light hop and very light malt aroma that reminds me of crackers. Everything about this is light and laid back. Not much sweetness or bitterness. It’s a decent drink that knows its place in life. No pretentions or ambitions. Finish is of a medly of floral hops. Cheap and acceptable. mike1977ok (648), Netherlands
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 22, 2007 Quite mild aroma, golden yellow colour with thick foamy head. A good tasting Pilsener that is not overpowering in any individual flavour but offers a good balance overall. It’s got enough sweetness to not to destroy the pallet after a few bottles making it a great session beer. Taste very clean but not in a chemically way. One of the better Dutch Pilseners and the best value of the premium brands.
