Feb 8, 2005 Updated: Dec 25, 2007Bottled. A light golden beer with an orange tint. The aroma is quite mellow with some hops and no expected grassiness. The taste is also clean and mellow with a passable hoppiness. Quite pleasant and certainly more enjoyable for me than most beers of this style.

Mar 6, 2005 Good looking lager,pale gold with a fine white head. A strange aroma dominates, hoppy??? perhaps!!! Light in flavour and on the palate. A refreshing style of lager, I don’t think it’s meant to be taken too seriously. Well chilled, this is OK stuff, better than another mass produced "lager" from Glasgow.

Aug 5, 2005 Reminded me of Heiniken, but a much better substitute. Still was a bit bitter, but did have a smoother finish, which I found more enjoyable. If you like Heiniken, I’d recommend trying this beer

Jul 10, 2007 500 ml can. poured golden with no head to speak of. looked so flat in the glass that it could be mistaken for apple juice. decent flavours with a little sweetness and a well rounded finish. not a bad beer. shows potential but not well executed.

Apr 15, 2008 Updated: May 8, 2008I’ve drunk the beer called Tesco Premium Lager, 440 ml can . I might be drink an other version, Euroshopper Bier - premium lager, 5% .So i don’t know...Pale golden color, nice white head. Aroma of malt and maize. The flavour is sweet malt with a minimal hop and yeast taste, moderated carbonation. Good for that price...

Aug 6, 2008 Believe this is the beer I purchased. Label says Bavaria Holland Beer and from the Commercial Description it sound like what I have in my hand. Anyways....
Poured a very clear light yellow with little head. Not much aroma to it and has a typical lager taste. This is comparable to Heineken. It was in a green bottle so I naturally picked the six-pack from the back of the shelf to hopefully avoid the skunky and was successful. Not a bad brew but nothing really to rave about either.
