Tried this one next to a Hollandia. I found this one to have less of a flowery aroma, and more of a ’cracker-like’ malt flavor. A little more bitterness too... less aroma. Has a relatively dry finish. Crisply carbonated. Like the Hollandia, it was cheap (about $4.50 a 6-pack). As I said with the Hollandia, if you’re in search of a ’light-tasting’ beer, it’s well worth the money. Otherwise, it didn’t have enough personality to keep my attention. An inexpensive, imported lawnmower beer at best.

When it comes to aroma, appearance, flavor and palate, this beer suxx big time! But the price, availability (12-crates) and easy-to-drinkness make the overall impression much higher!

As Bavaria Holland Beer. Light grassy aroma. Gold color with decent white head. Starts with malt, thin to medium bodied, as carbonation leaves, the malt dominates, and then some hop arrives. However, the sweetness seems a bit much for the amount of hop. Drinkable, but there are many better pilseners. Chacon son gout.

Can. Sweet malt and mild floral aroma. Really to sweet smelling. Dark straw color with a off white head and rings of lace. Realy sweet malt liqour flavors. Hints of alcohol late in the gulp. Another brew to boil brats in.

(660 ml bottle). Standard golden colour lager. Initial good thick head that doesn't last very long. Standard lager aroma and flavour, reminds me of Amstel. Not very exciting.

Big head. Bright clear pale yellow. Sour lemony taste. Soapy aftertaste. Very little flavour. Uninspired for the style.

Dutch cheapest CAT 1 pilsener. Watery, bit grainy, skunky hops. Pale golden coloured with a thin white head.

Nice thick foamy head from the pour which lingers around for a little while. Light gold in color. Not much aroma (not skunky) and sort of bland, watery taste. Flavor is not offensive though and goes down smooth. Slightly sweet, clean finish. An ok brew that is not offensive but not that good either.
