Aug 7, 2008 25 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a creamy and chalk white head. Classic belgian wit aroma of orangepeel, coriander, wheat and yeast - but also slight milky sour. Smooth flavour, again with a light milky acidity. Lingering fruity and refreshing. Lasting sour/citric and mild spiced finish. Quite nice.

May 29, 2008 Bottle at the Delirium Pub in Brussels. Dark gold color with a fine white head. Aromas of wheat, lemon and floral. Medium body with soft carbonation. Not a typical wit. Malt is stronger, spice is lighter. Drinks like a strong blonde more than a wit. Nice lacing. Fairly dry finish.

Mar 8, 2008 Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Hazy orange body. Strong wheat malt aroma with herbal notes rather than fruity. Oranges, appless and coriander in the flavor which is otherwise astonishingly carbonated and has a long sweet aftertaste.
