Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Hazy orange body. Strong wheat malt aroma with herbal notes rather than fruity. Oranges, appless and coriander in the flavor which is otherwise astonishingly carbonated and has a long sweet aftertaste.

Bottle. Large creamy white head thats diminishing. Cloudy light yellow body. Aroma of grain, wheat, citrus, coriander and orange. Medium thin body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet and light bitter flavor. Nice refreshing and crispy beer.

Pours a cloudy greyish-yellow with a decent head with poor retention, some lace, and a very pungent coriander aroma. Tastes very two-dimensional - strong coriander, dried banana chip, strong presence of alcohol & skunky hops. Body is smooth and lightly carbonated. This is one of the least pleasant wits I’ve ever tasted.

250ml bottle from the Bier Tempel in Brussels. Hmmm. I liked this. Clean and drinkable. Lightly fruity with a barely noticeable but quite refreshing tart edge. Some yeast and some fruit. Enjoyable and satisfying.

Bottle. Pale gold and hazy. Aromas are sweet and sour wheat with yeast. Flavours are soft wheat malts. Some sweet and sour lemon with plenty of yeast. A bit dull.

Pours a cloudy yellow colour. Aroma is not pleasant. A bit soapy with an unwelcome sourness to it. In the mouth this feels a little musty and not fresh. Flavous is quite earthy with a light sour aftertaste.

(25cl bottle) Purchased at The Strath in Victoria. Pours a large white frothy head with a milky-yellow body. Head is slightly peppered with spices. Nose is somewhat yeasty with a pleasant herbal aroma. Flavour is mildly lemon tart with a wheaty-yeasty texture. Better than the Big Hoe but nothing extra-ordinary.

Better in the nose than the mouth. Poured a nice creamy head of perfect dimensions, I liked the hazy yeast patterns in the beer. The nose was sweet - baking pastry, sweet cream. But, too fizzy, sudsy. The taste fades quickly to sour, metallic, then improves.
