Bottle at De Zolder, Bruges. Bottled as Ezel Wit 5.8%. Looks like a wheat beer, golden hazy, with thin white head. Spicy ornage aroma. Bit nutty, but overall pretty bland. Some citrus on end. Bit of sourness.

25 cl bottle. (This version says 6.5 %) Tanks to Papsoe. Yeast at the bottom. Golden clear colour with a little off-white head. Sour, fruity and spicy aroma. Flavour of sweet malt, yeast and spice. A different witbier.

Bottled as Ezel Wit 5.8% (From Bitter Virtue, BB May 07). Copper colour. Sweet and fruity with hints of citrus and spice. A hint of hops and some tartness in the end. There are a few things going on here that dont really come together, which is a shame because this might not be that bad otherwise.

Bottle ("Ezel Wit") from Beer Mania on recc of Webb’s book.<!-- p -->aroma: freshy, grassy, hay, faint. ap: amber clouds with white brief head. Flavor: faintly sweet, low on flavor, nuttiness, a little bready. Palate: round, light, inoffensive. Ovrall: a pleasant summer refresher that needs a little more definition to rise out of the pack.

Ezel Wit "White". Cloudy, yellow-amber colour, average white head. Hoppy aroma, some flowers and citrus touches. Creamy body, soft carbonation. Finish is rather astringent, and dry.
