Nov 2, 2007 A veiled blond ale with a thick froathy white head,Aroma is pleasant, musty and herbal, with strong coriander and yeast. In mouth, very dry, astringent, yet the herbal hopping is very present. Some residual sweetness remains in final. Very carbonated. BB 29/07/07.

Nov 2, 2007 Hazy (actually cloudy) dark straw colour with a big merangue of a head. aromas of sweet apples, sour cabbage, musty hay. sweet palate, orchard fruits, musty basement, straw, with a slightly medicinal bitter finish. Moderately heavy mouthfeel, becoming a little syrupy toward the second half, detracting from its overall appeal.

Oct 19, 2007 Bottle from Keg & Bottle 2. Light golden in color upon pouring. Huge white head. Slightly sweet aroma with quite a bit of graininess. Tons of carbonation. Light grainy flavors, somewhat sour. Not great for the style.

Oct 2, 2007 An orange beer with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, floral and belgian yeast. Taste is malty, fruity, caramel. Hoppy and spiced finish. Very nice beer.

Aug 26, 2007 33cl bottle. Again an entertaining label. Floral tasting blond but I wouldn’t qualify it as a tripel. Easy to drink though.

Aug 20, 2007 Bottle, 330 ml. Golden coloration, with a enormous white head, dense and persistent. It´s a very drinkable blond. Hoooooooney... and some citric, maybe orange. Light bitter taste and alcohol. Average/low carbonation. It´s a soft tripel, very pleasant.

Aug 13, 2007 Unusually tart, very enjoyable. Citrus fruity hints. I felt like i was drinking a chapagne sp? with this beer, highly carbinated. Enjoyed this beer at the 30th annual great british beer festival.

Jun 29, 2007 Bottle. Fruity, lemony aroma, including a bit of citrus sour. Very hazy light golden color with a real ale head that matches the ale volume. Decent lacing. Thin to medium bodied. Starts foamy, with light caramel, strange citrusy sour offsetting the sweetness. Yeastiness for background. There’s a childhood flavor in that fruit that I can’t put my finger on. Something like a Radler sensation here. It is really refreshing. Amazingly, the finish is relatively dry. Citrus takes the place of hop bitter for balance. It’s very refreshing. Yes, it is. I think it’s really underrated too.
