Bottle. Pale cloudy golden colour, with a good head and great lace. Smells of coriander, citrus and pepper oily, vanilla, maybe? Silky palate, sour and sweet flavors are in a constant battle, I’d say sour wins. Palate of tropical fruits, papaya and or mango maybe, banana, cloves... I refuse to keep looking for flavors and going to simply enjoy this great beer.

330ml bottle. This is my kind of Tripel. Smooth and creamy, letting the yeasty flavors take precedence over the candi sugar. Deliciously mellow and classy, a Belgian Tripel walking the line awfully close to a Belgian Blonde.

Bottle courtesy of fonefan pours hazy golden with thin white head. Aroma is faint citrus fruits and slight sweetness. First taste is sweet then a slight alcohol flavor. Medium-Heavy carbonation. Finish is clean and balanced. Really similar to Duvel.

33 cl. Pours a hazy and very light copper. Huge surging platinum blonde head; settles to tiny bubbles, which settle in turn to whipped egg white. You can’t ask for a more alluring pour, really. Thick trowel-swipes of moussy lace all over the inside of the glass; even the reverse-camber slopes. Big tart green apple nose. Sharp attack: some fizz, body on the high side of medium, plenty of flavor bursting forth right from the jump. Plenty more tart green apple carrying through the palate; there’s some light herbal hop, especially at the finish. Really tasty; there’s complexity there and it’s refreshing as well. Nice stuff.

Bottle, 330 ml. Golden coloration, with a enormous white head, dense and persistent. It´s a very drinkable blond. Hoooooooney... and some citric, maybe orange. Light bitter taste and alcohol. Average/low carbonation. It´s a soft tripel, very pleasant.

(Draught)

The beer sets in the glass a translucent gold color, the head considerable in size, creamy white and the lace a velum like curtain to drape the glass. Sweet fruit like aroma dominates the crisp fresh nose, also some yeast tones noted, with the start sweet and nicely malted, top is light to medium in feel. Finish is stinging in its acidity, the hops cheery in their spicy bite, very dry almost Lambic like aftertaste, much better than the red.
