A gentle pour left me waiting a few minutes for the montrous head to settle. Eventually ended up with rootbeer? Dark mahogany brune with a small off white head. Metallic nose of sultana, brown sugar and rum. Taste of a salty red wine with notes of walnut, wheat, rye and raisin. Brown sugar sweetens things up. Lovely nut finish.
