Great name for a beer! Bottled. Dark ruby pour, rich beige head. Very light, sweety fruity aroma, berries and dust. Also smells of sticky malt. Taste somehwat unexpected judging by smell - sweet and sour, a little spice, and a little acid in the back of the throat. Medium-bodied. Dry finish. Kind of forgot about it between tilting the glass and swallowing, it doesn’t command attention...

Rating # 2500. Mahogony colour with a foamy beige head. Malty aroma with a dark fruit and caramel sweetness along some yeasty notes. Malty flavor with a light toffee note and hints of some plum fruityness. Dry finish with a faint sweetness.

Bottle. Bronze-coloured underneath that enormous beige head. Sour fruit aroma with some sweetness. Initially quite sweet, with caramel, chocolate and plums. Noticeable alcohol. Semi-dry finish. A surprisingly complex brew- far exceeding my expectations- a rather strong variant of Oudenaards bruin.
