Aroma of toffee, raisins, brown sugar, earthy spices and some funky tartness. Flavor is similar, plus some raspberry and peach. The finish has some wood and hints of cocoa, but the end seems to fall flat somehow compared to the rich aroma and front tastes. Still a very nice brew. A strong thick film stayed on top the whole way down. Aromas of dark fruit and green apples, a bit of spiciness and generous yeast. The dark fruits first detected in the smell are defined in the taste as cherries and plums. Some caramel and toffee pek through as well. Medium to full bodied, plenty of carbonation, and the sweet fruitiness in the aftertaste is shared with a touch of hops. A nice complex beer that demands attention. The aroma picked up toasty medium-skinned fruits, caramel, and sour fruit skins paired with earth and spicy yeast.. fragrant and enjoyable. The flavor found the same fruits in both sweetness and tangy sour skins.. dry earthy and yeasty notes provided a lot of character around the edges.. sweeter finish with dry spices on the uptake. Medium-bodied and again dry on the palate with a hefty dose of creamy carbonation.. tad grainy on the finish.. flowed very well. Nice one. TaxiDriver (943), Stadland, Germany

The taste is quite sour, a little bit malty. The beer is dry, medium strong with not so much carbonation.
