May 19, 2004 A deep red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma is very sweet with notes of berries, coriander, cowberries, and raisins. The flavor is also very sweet with notes of coriander and alcohol prickling the tongue.

Apr 4, 2005 Bottled. Dark ruby with rich, firm head. Orangey, juicy, yeasty aroma. Sweet and sour, with vinous character and notes of rosehip. Fairly light bodied with salty, grassy finish. Very interesting flavourwise, but the body feels a bit thin.

Aroma is moderate malty, roasted. brown sugar, moderate to light heavy berry - prune acidic. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, with a light light sour ale alike after taste. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively. (030408)

Apr 27, 2005 Bottle. Gusher! Aroma is caramelly, malty, sourish, dark sugary. Reddish chestnut colour, lacy light brown head. At first the flavour is slightly sour, turning sweet. Brown sugar, roasted flavour. Smooth mouthfeel. (Too) high carbonation.

Jan 26, 2008 Bottled. Brown colour with beige head. Leaves some slight lace. Aroma is caramel, spices and some fruits. Quite strong zest coming through. Flavour is sweet malts with spices, herbs and some fruits. Also some candyish sweetness noteable, which bothers me a bit in the flavour. Otherwise a rather nice beer.
