(Bottled, BBE 04/2007) Clear, paleish yellow with a medium, white and lacy head. Slightly acidic with grainy malts and some Northern-German-style grassy hops. Acidic and moderately malty flavor with a bit dull hoppiness. Medium-bodied with smooth carbonation. This bottle was clearly not at its best, but one gets the general idea. Rerate with a fresh bottle would be appropriate, though.

RE-tasted @ Fools on 19-4-’08. (a pilsner tasting day) Bottle, 25 cl. Clear yellow-golden color, white head. Aroma a bit malty, yeast, and very little hops. Thin body. Nothing specials as exspected. A normal pils taste light malts, hops, and little bitterness. People from differnet zythos beerclubs has make a choice for this as best pilsner today !

Can. light malt aromas, thin quickly disapaiting head. A bit of coppery metallic hops, A bit of malt but mostely metal. Not quite as malty as I was hoping for. Its ok but really nothing special but a decent lager.

Pours golden with fluffy head and good carbonation. Pretty light with a nice hoppy aftertaste. This balances well with yeasty, spicy malt flavors. There is a nice (in this brew at least!) brandy tone to this beer, similar to what you find in other western europe beers. This pils does well in a brown bottle. Good light drink at the $10/ twelve pack price at TJs. Recommended.

Memorial Day 2007 beer. Not much of an aroma, tastes a bit minty, like toothpaste! Light, fruity, mild hop character. A good beer to take to a gathering, that’s about it.
