May 5, 2005 Updated: Jun 26, 2006I am not a big fan of Pilseners Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a pale yellow color with only a trace of white head. The aroma is light and sweet and mildly grassy. The flavor has a moderate malt presence and a light sour tang on the finish. For the style it was acceptable but certainly not exceptional.

Apr 12, 2005 Wow did I get a glass of water? THIN and very bland beer of no depth. Very clean and defect free but tasteless. Avery lite dried grass nose with a very clean finish.

Apr 1, 2005 Can. Yellow with a small white head. Nose is straw, light fruit and a hint of grains. Taste is slightly sweet with more grains, light unripened fruit notes and light grassiness. Body is light and has a moderate carbonation feel. Finish is grainy and slightly bitter with lighter malt notes and grass. Eh.

Mar 20, 2005 Updated: Nov 5, 2005Can... and apparently an old one. It pours golden with a lofty head, but I’ve got something suspended in the brew. It has a sweet, slightly skunky odor with a touch of pome fruits. Sweet, slighly hopped. Feb 3, 2005 Gold color with aroma of hopcit and some honey. I also sensed slight thiols, which doesn’t make sense for a beer in an amber bottle. At any rate, this one tasted slightly hoppy and citrusy, with a smallish malt backbone, and some finishing malty sweetness. Unappealing, and not something I’d have again.

Jan 31, 2005 Bottle. Medium fizzy white head that fully diminished, sparse lacing, fine-medium sized bubbles, yeasty, carbonated, slightly cloudy, and a straw yellow hue. Aroma was malty and skunky. Sweet, malty and light hoppy taste. Not very tasty. Tingly mouthfeel.. Blah.
