Pours a hazy dark yellow/caramel color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. Aroma is somewhat faint with wet hay and musty wheat notes. Some bread and yeast present as well. White head fizzed up like pouring a Sprite, then was gone.Somewhat sweet nose, light, sweet lemon and granny smith apple.Light cereal flavors, lemony with a touch of green apple flavors. Mildly tart.
