Unclear hazy medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, barbequed banana, banana, sulfur, fish. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090702]

Mixed at the brewpub. It’s milky, warm golden and it has a creamy head. The aroma has strong notes of banana and a little clove. The flavour has a little sweetness, a lot of banana and a little clove to give a spicy touch. It’s ideal as a liquid desert, but even if you are a banana freak (like me), a little will do nicely.
