Before reading the description I was thinking Belgian wit style. Pours hazy orange with a fizzy white head. Definatly big coriander component like wit beers. The salts and lactic acid seem to add a mineral finish, that kinda tricked me into thinking this was going to get sour, but it never did. Very fruity flavor, wheaty, with a mild lemon flavor in the finish.

Pours a slightly hazy gold orange with a medium foamy white head. Pretty big orange citrus aroma, with a little funk, and some spice to it. Interesting smelling. The flavor was quite unusual. I definitely got the salt that its brewed with which was kind of cool. The coriander and orange citrus were definitely evident as well. Some spice, and mild wheat rounded out the flavors. This beer was refreshing, interesting, and pretty tasty. I rather enjoyed it.

Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Coriander dominates the nose, with some malt noticeable. Dry and a little sour, spicy notes. Somehow dries the mouth completely - salt?

Odense tasting: Cloudy yellow with an off white head. Wheat beer feel. Coriander & wheat. Some sour citrussy feel. Sparkling mouthfeel... Like the wolf says, weird indeed. Exciting experience... Just OK drinkable for me personally!

Bottle @ ChristianScheffel tasting. Bought @ YNWA, Kolding. Fantastic bottle, really pretty. Pours a very muddy pale yellow with a limited white head. Aroma is limited, spicy, lemony, banana yeasty and has a wheaty character. Great mouthfeel. Flavour is weird and wonderful. Wheat, sourness, creamyness, grassy hops, banana and some salt as well. Really funny to try a style that ought to have its own style category on RB.

The aroma is strongly of citrus. The flavor isn’t as strong as the aroma would lead you to believe. It is very lemony, a little bit minerally with a crisp and smooth mouthfeel. Other than that it tastes a littlbe bit like a wheat beer and a non-hoppy ale too. I personally think this is more so a beer for drinking and not for sipping.

I’ve been wanting to try this one for a while, and finally found it on a recent trip to Minneapolis. Pale yellow in colour with a bit of haze and strong carbonation. Aromas of lemon, well water, seasalt, and mild coriander. More lemons and minerals in the mouth, along with some mild wheat malt and yeast. Very pronounced salt finish. There are some witbier and geuze elements to this beer, but the salt makes it quite unique. I doubt I could drink a lot of this, but I still found it very enjoyable.

Bottle sampled. Pours hazy golden with an average size white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, fruit, and caramel. The flavor is sweet, citrus, fruit, spices, lemon, and caramel. Good body, decent brew.
