Caramel malt in the nose with coriander, mineral water and lemon. Multi-dimensional flavor starting sweetly malted, moving to middle hopcit and ending bitter, lemony and salty. Creamy mouthfeel with a soft, effervescent tickle. It took me a while to warm up to it, but it ended quite enjoyably. (I just wish mine came in that great lookin’ bottle as pictured.)

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Sep 16, 2005 Funky shaped bottle. Aroma is very spicy with lots of coriander and a bit of sourness present. Some citrus lemon-like notes. Mildly musty. Smells like a hefe. Pale blonde color that is moderately hazy with a huge white head. Very fruity and acidic to start with lots of lemons. Astringent to start, then turning a nice and creamy malty-good finish. There is citrus and lots and lots of floral notes in this beer. Refreshing and crisp. Not worth the $13 I paid for it, but it was a different shaped bottle with a beer in it that I never heard of. Obviously it wasn’t as rare as I thought it was. fluids (364), USA

Very different then anything I have had before. It has lambic like qualities with it’s sourness. Has the wheat beer taste with a barley bite. Very unique. I like it! dirtymike (2018), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
