Oct 5, 2005 Lightly hazed amber with a cream colored head that began large and settled to a thick film. Caramel malt in the nose with coriander, mineral water and lemon. Multi-dimensional flavor starting sweetly malted, moving to middle hopcit and ending bitter, lemony and salty. Creamy mouthfeel with a soft, effervescent tickle. It took me a while to warm up to it, but it ended quite enjoyably. (I just wish mine came in that great lookin’ bottle as pictured.)

Sep 20, 2005 Bottled at RBESG 2005. Pours a hazy golden, with a thin white head. Aroma is wheat, some coriander and citrus. Taste is sweet wheaty, slightly sour, spicy and just a tad salty.

Sep 16, 2005 Funky shaped bottle. Aroma is very spicy with lots of coriander and a bit of sourness present. Some citrus lemon-like notes. Mildly musty. Smells like a hefe. Pale blonde color that is moderately hazy with a huge white head. Very fruity and acidic to start with lots of lemons. Astringent to start, then turning a nice and creamy malty-good finish. There is citrus and lots and lots of floral notes in this beer. Refreshing and crisp. Not worth the $13 I paid for it, but it was a different shaped bottle with a beer in it that I never heard of. Obviously it wasn’t as rare as I thought it was.

Sep 3, 2005 Head disappears quickly very light light yellowish murky color. Lemony coriander taste. Very different then anything I have had before. It has lambic like qualities with it’s sourness. Has the wheat beer taste with a barley bite. Very unique. I like it!

Aug 26, 2005 RBESG05: Cloudy lemon with a white head. Tart, herby nose. Very sweet and fruity in start, yet completel dry in the finish. Really complex and quite refreshing.

Hazy yellow. Estery nose - banana and clove. Subtle saltiness, the salt hardly shows. Slight citrusy with a wheat profile.
