tap in Boston: pours a body like a wheat beer. Aroma is like a wheat beer (banana and citrus) but also spicy and peppery. Thick bodied. Enjoyable. Enough complexity to keep me interested.

16.9 oz bottle @ the Winking Lizard Tavern: Medium amber w/ a lasting white head. Immediate nose is minerally; Light coriander & spicy yeast character and fairly clean of fruitiness. Well balanced by some wheat malt flavors with coriander & just a hint of saltiness. Not as salty as I originally had figured it would be. Finish is medium sweet w/ a bit of a salty aftertaste. Highly carbonated, light body, and a crisp mouthfeel. A very crisp & refreshing beer although it’s made with salt.

Draught at the brewpub. This beer is unique in all aspects. I love the salty touch. I can feel the salt on my lips after having consumed a couple of bottles. Quite sour and acidic. A love this beer. Extreme refreshment. The coolest bottle in the world!

Bottle and served in my Great Lakes snifter:

Pours a clean amber hue with a moderate fizzy head and good lace. The aroma has notes of wheat and wildflowers, coriander, grassy hops, lemon zest, bready malts and a touch of salt. The taste starts a bit lactic and fruity sour but not as heavy as expected. Undertones of wheat bread and mild spices, the coriander is more an afterthought here. A bit yeasty and flowery on a lingering finish. The feel is fizzy and light with a dry and earthy finish, quite refreshing really. A good brew and not a palate killer like some sour brews. It grew on me and I ended up liking it more and more.

Draft @ the brewpub. Had really been looking forward to try this beer. Light sourish aroma, fruity and some yeast. Hazy to milky dark yellow body with a big white head on top. Sourish and fruity flavor, ends with a touch of saltyness. Very refreshing and quite funny!

Poured a clear, very light yellow, almost like Celis white, with a frothy white head. Aroma of coriander and orange. Flavors are intensely acidic, spicy, tart, orange, lemon, and coriander. Refreshing and quite delicious.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden coloured. Notes of citrus fruits, pineapple and spices in the aroma. Sourish and fruity flavour with a salty finish. Sparkling. Funny.
