Aug 5, 2009 Old rating From a large format bottle. Aroma is corriander, sharp wheat, floral, citrus and yeasty. Gold color. Taste is corriander, citrus, bright salt and sharp wheat. Nice mouthfeel, due to protiens. Enjoyable and easy drinking.

Jul 24, 2009 33cl bottle from tony’s wines. completely opaque golden orange in the glass. Really cool looking beer. Nose is heavy on lime and orange zest with wheaty yeast undertones. Flavor is first citric and tangy with some wild berry flavor, then finishes with the slight saltiness and a really nice tart, sour yeast. INteresting.

Jul 22, 2009 I had this on tap in Leipzig and it was so good. Fruity with a tinge of salt then a rush of sour. This is a lovely beer that suffers a little in bottles.
