Pale yellow and lightly hazy. Very dry and firmly malty. Crisp, but less so then the example from the rivalling Leipzig brewpub at Thomaskirche. Grassy very bitter finish.

Light unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, moderate hoppy, grass. Pale blond color, hazy. Delicate aroma of hops, lovely. The flavor is good even if less impressive, with a quite pleasant malt flavor, smooth mouthfeel, some grassy hops, good bitterness. Pleasant. Something to try fresh from the brewery.
