Hazy amber brew with nice rocky lager foam and lace. Great fresh aroma of noble hop with a small whiff of butterscotch. Clean malt flavor with little husk or tannin, sparged nicely it would seem, slight butterscotch on the finish suggesting some age, must be near the end of it’s "youth", damn fine bones on this one tho’.

Bottled. Pours a golden amber with an off-white head that quickly settles down to a lacy ring. Floral hop aroma with citrus and caramel behind it. The body is light-ish with light carbonation. The taste starts sweet with malty toffee and mango notes. Crisp, quick, slightly piney finish. Well rounded, hugely sessionable.

Draft. Dark amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate caramel malt aroma. Medium body. Medium blanced bitter sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. My expextations were met.

Light amber resin color w. slim carbonation/. Moderate, but pleasant pilsneresque carbonation from saaz? hops. Slight malt presence. Clean, crisp finish reminiscent of Yuengling Lager. Perilously drinkable--what a lager should be.

Pours a nice medium amber color. Nice roast aromas. Flavor has a roast almost burnt grain flavor to it. Nice and smooth beer with a great finish.

A great amber dark beer. Had a great taste. I wished this had a better hops flavor. Liked the smooth flavor as I sit with the camp fire.

This was a pretty smooth tasting beer. I was pretty impressed by it. Dark gold in color, not much for a head. I would like to try more of Bayern Brewing beers but they are unavailable where I live.

Amber color with little head. Kind of a carmalized malt aroma. Fairly malty taste along with a kick of raw barley. Not too shabby.
