Aroma is very toasty with a touch of sweet caramel malts. Some crisp hoppy bitterness too. Pours reddish/copper with a thin head. The flavor is very toasty with a touch of sweetness and a super crisp hop bitterness in the finish. I really like the clean crisp bitterness in the finish. Lagers are under rated. It is not barrel aged with lacto and brett, so it cant be any good I guess...

Bottle: Amber hued caramel, mild sudsy off-white head, a few splotches of lacing, very light carbonation.   Malty nose, semi-sweet, seems to be caramel malts and perhaps vienna.   Lightly roasted malt on the tongue, slight breadiness, not as sweet as I thought it would be.   Clean, very low hop bitterness, smooth, somewhat dry, with a pleasant sticky malt accentuated exit.   Light, but still enjoyable.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   I only wished it would be a tad sweeter.

A nice amber reddish color. A very light nose to this beer. The head was light also. The flavor was a light irish red type beer. This was a easy drinking beer. Nothing very special the hops where very light also. This was a commercial example of a lawnmower beer that was OK.

Bottle from John’s Market Place in Portland, OR--Poured a thin amber body with a thick off-white head. Sweet, malty crisp nose with some biscuity character. Nothing special, but very quaffable and easy going.

Amber-red with a small filmy head. Caramel aromas with rich malts and floral hops. Some bitter notes. Nicely malted flavors that are bitter and floral. Caramel and some roast. Cloying, though not too bad, bitter finish.

Pours a two finger cream head that fades to a ring leaving a little lace. Nearly clear amber color. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied. Slight hoppy nose. Starts malty, becomes more balanced with slight hoppy finish. $1.19 for a 12oz bottle from John’s Market Tigard, Or. Best before July 2006 and still okay.

Pours dark ruby amber with a thin whispy white head. Sweet aroma of rich caramel malt. Rich sweet caramel malt, some barley flavor, sweet raisins, faint touch of hops, a little bit dark. Might be a little bit oxidized... Medium body, some crisp carbonation and a little bit sticky.
